Two Sides Studio helps people and organizations navigate conflict, difference, and complexity with creativity, humor, and depth.

Rooted in Processwork, Lewis-Deep Democracy, and the belief that every voice (even the awkward or angry one) holds wisdom, I create space for dialogue that transforms. I work where polarities live—across teams, cultures, identities, and perspectives—bringing them into relationship rather than opposition.

I believe real creativity comes by working through conflict. And yes, we can work through tension using humor. I use methods from stand-up comedy and embodied facilitation to help groups loosen up, get real, and discover the power of listening to what’s usually left unsaid.
My practice is grounded in one idea:
When both sides are heard, something new can emerge.
